These General Website Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of the navritu.digital website and any related subdomains (the “Site”), operated by NavRitu Digital under the brand Web to Wealth (“NavRitu Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing, using, or submitting any form on the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Not the same as our service contract: These Terms of Use govern the website only — simply browsing the Site or submitting an inquiry does not create a client engagement. Any actual project, retainer, or paid engagement is governed separately by our Master Terms of Service, agreed at the point of a signed proposal or Statement of Work.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them, together with our Global Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Accessibility Statement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who Can Use the Site

The Site is intended for business and professional use. It is not directed at children, and you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to submit any form on the Site or enter into an engagement with us.

Accuracy of information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in any form or submission, and not to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any company or entity.

Testimonials & reviews: If you submit feedback, a testimonial, or a review through our Client Project Feedback & Company Reviews form, you grant NavRitu Digital a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, reproduce, and reference that feedback (including your name, company, and role, unless you request otherwise) in our marketing, portfolio, and website, unless you tell us in writing that you'd like it kept private.

Grievance & Ethics reports: Reports submitted through our Grievance & Ethics Reporting form are treated as confidential to the extent possible and used only to investigate and address the concern raised. Submitting a knowingly false report is a misuse of this channel under Section 5.

Newsletter: Subscribing to our newsletter is opt-in, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any newsletter email or by contacting us directly.

4. Intellectual Property in Site Content

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the “Web to Wealth” and “NavRitu Digital” names and marks, illustrations, case studies, and the underlying design and code of the Site itself — is owned by or licensed to NavRitu Digital and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal or internal business reference, but may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality or servers

Given that NavRitu Digital also provides Cyber Security services, unauthorized security testing or probing of the Site or our systems will be treated as a security incident and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, social media pages, or platforms (including client sites and partner platforms) for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and including a link does not imply our endorsement of it.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will first be addressed through good-faith mediation, and if unresolved, through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Patna, Bihar, India, before a sole arbitrator, conducted in English. Subject to that process, the courts at Patna, Bihar, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved matter.
