This page describes NavRitu Digital's commitments to responsible business practice, diversity and inclusion, and giving back to the communities we work in.

1. Our Approach to CSR

We believe a digital agency's impact extends beyond the projects we deliver. We aim to run our business responsibly and to contribute meaningfully to the communities and industries we're part of, even where we fall outside the statutory CSR spending thresholds under the Companies Act, 2013.

2. Diversity & Equal Opportunity

• We hire and promote based on merit, skill, and fit for the role, and do not discriminate on the basis of gender, caste, religion, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or ethnicity
• We aim to build teams that reflect a range of backgrounds and perspectives, which we believe leads to better client work
• We provide reasonable accommodations for team members with disabilities where feasible

3. A Safe & Respectful Workplace

We maintain a workplace free from harassment and discrimination, including compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, through our Internal Committee. Concerns can be raised through our Grievance Redressal Mechanism.

4. Community Engagement

• We look for opportunities to offer pro-bono or discounted digital services to select nonprofits and community initiatives
• We support digital literacy and skills-building efforts where we can contribute meaningfully, given our expertise in development, design, and AI

5. Responsible Business Practices

• We favor remote and hybrid ways of working where practical, reducing the environmental footprint associated with commuting and office space
• We apply the same ethical standards described in our Anti-Bribery & Corporate Ethics policy across all our business relationships

6. Supplier & Partner Expectations

Where practical, we prefer to work with vendors and partners who share similar commitments to fair labor practices and ethical business conduct.

7. Looking Forward

As NavRitu Digital grows, we intend to formalize and expand these commitments, including more structured community initiatives and diversity reporting.
