COOKIE TRACKING FRAMEWORK

This Cookie & Tracking Framework explains what cookies and similar tracking technologies navritu.digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) currently uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It supplements, and should be read together with, our Global Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site or a third-party service to recognize your browser, remember certain information, and, in the case of analytics cookies, understand how visitors use the site. “Similar technologies” includes things like pixels, tags, and local storage used for comparable purposes.
2. Current Tracking Tools in Use
At present, navritu.digital uses one third-party tracking tool:
Google Analytics — used to understand website traffic, visitor behavior, and engagement patterns (e.g., which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and what device or browser they use), loaded via Google's optimized third-party script loader (@next/third-parties) to minimize impact on page performance.
We do not currently run advertising pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads remarketing tags) or session-recording/heatmap tools on navritu.digital itself. If that changes, this Framework will be updated to reflect the new tools before they go live.

The table below lists the cookies currently associated with Google Analytics on navritu.digital. Exact cookie names and durations are set by Google and may change as Google updates its services.

Google's use of this data is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms, in addition to our instructions as the site operator.
4. Categories of Cookies
- Strictly Necessary — required for the website's core functionality. We do not currently set any non-essential “strictly necessary” cookies beyond what Next.js may use for basic site operation.
- Analytics — Google Analytics cookies described above, used to measure traffic and engagement.
- Advertising/Retargeting — not currently in use on navritu.digital.
- Functional/Preference — not currently in use on navritu.digital.
5. Consent & Your Choices
Current state: navritu.digital does not yet display a cookie consent banner. Google Analytics currently loads by default for visitors to the site.
Recommendation: For visitors in the EU/EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions with opt-in cookie consent requirements (e.g., under GDPR/ePrivacy rules), analytics cookies like Google Analytics are generally expected to run only after affirmative consent, or with an easy opt-out available before tracking begins. We recommend implementing a consent banner (Accept/Reject/Customize) as a near-term priority to bring the site in line with these requirements, particularly given navritu.digital's stated international/EU client base.
Until a consent banner is implemented, you can control Google Analytics tracking through the following methods:
- Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available from Google, to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics on any site.
- Adjust your browser settings to block third-party cookies or all cookies (this may affect other website functionality).
- Use your browser's private/incognito mode, which limits persistent cookie storage across sessions.
6. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how sites should respond to DNT, navritu.digital does not currently respond differently to DNT signals, but you can still manage tracking using the methods in Section 5.
7. Changes to This Framework
As we add, remove, or change the tracking tools used on navritu.digital — including if we implement a consent banner or introduce advertising/retargeting pixels — we will update this Framework and the Effective Date above.
